Here's an overview of our turnkey process:

• Initial consultation and presentation. This is where we meet with you and any other decision makers (such as the CEO and HR Director) to discuss the possibility of providing a long-term care insurance benefit for your employees. We explain everything in plain English, and we're mindful of your time.
• Employee census. Following this presentation, we'd request a copy of your employee census (in Excel).
• Follow-up meeting. This is where we present the long-term care insurance options that we've tailored specifically for your company. At this time, your company will decide whether this benefit will be employer paid (in part or in full) or voluntary.
• Payroll meeting. We work directly with your payroll department to work out a schedule for payroll deduction, if applicable.
• Employee educational meetings. Educational meetings are set up at convenient times at your office so that your employees can learn more about the long-term care insurance benefit.
• Application. We meet one-on-one with your employees to complete the application process and answer any questions.
• Underwriter review. With both "simplified" underwriting and "guaranteed issue" underwriting, no medical records are requested, your height and weight aren't asked, you don't need to provide a list of prescription medications you're taking, and a phone interview is not required.
• Approval and delivery. Once the policies have been approved by the insurance company, we'll coordinate the delivery with your HR department.
